- ●You must be the legal owner of any diamond or jewellery submitted for sale or trade.
- ●We accept natural diamonds (0.50 carats and above), certified or non-certified, and diamond jewellery in gold or platinum settings.
- ●We do not accept lab-grown diamonds, cubic zirconia, moissanite, rough diamonds, or black/brown diamonds for sale or trade.
- ●Submitting stolen, counterfeit, or misrepresented items is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
- ●Online price estimates are indicative and based on the information provided. They are not binding offers.
- ●Final offers are made after physical inspection and verification by our expert team.
- ●Prices are quoted in GBP unless otherwise stated. Exchange rates for other currencies are indicative.
- ●BOUNND reserves the right to adjust or withdraw offers based on market conditions or verification findings.
- ●In a trade, your natural diamond's assessed value is applied toward a lab-grown diamond from our catalogue.
- ●The price difference (if your diamond's value is less than the lab-grown selection) must be paid by you.
- ●If your diamond's value exceeds the lab-grown selection, the balance may be refunded or credited at our discretion.
- ●Trade transactions are final once both parties confirm. Lab-grown diamonds are sourced from MOH London's live inventory.
- ●We offer free insured shipping for items sent to us for evaluation.
- ●Items are opened and inspected on camera at our secure offices.
- ●If you decline our final offer, your item is returned free of charge, fully insured.
- ●BOUNND is not liable for items lost or damaged by third-party couriers, though all shipments are insured.
- ●Payment is processed upon acceptance of our final offer.
- ●Funds are transferred to your nominated bank account within 1-3 business days.
- ●We reserve the right to delay payment pending identity verification or anti-money-laundering checks.
- ●All transactions are subject to applicable UK tax regulations.
- ●Submitting false, misleading, or fraudulent diamond information.
- ●Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal activity.
- ●Attempting to manipulate pricing or exploit system vulnerabilities.
- ●Creating multiple accounts to circumvent platform rules.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BOUNND shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the value of the specific transaction in question.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and technology on the BOUNND platform are owned by MOH London Ltd. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent. "BOUNND" and the BOUNND logo are trademarks of MOH London Ltd.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time for breach of these terms or any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, any pending transactions will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
